Aurangabad, March 23:
A two-wheeler was hit by a tipper truck at Jikthan Shivar on Aurangabad-Nagar highway. The mother was killed on the spot and the boy was critically injured in the accident. The incident took place around 3 pm on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Mirabai Nandu Borade (45) and the boy has been identified as Nitin Nandu Borade (18).
Nitin Nandu Borade (Wadgaon Rampuri,Gangapur) was going to Gangapur with his mother on a two-wheeler (MH-20-EA-9306). Meanwhile, a sand tipper hit the two-wheeler. Mirabai was killed on the spot and Nitin was seriously injured. The injured were rushed to GMCH by 108 ambulances. Waluj police rushed to the spot and streamlined the traffic. The case has been registered at Waluj police station.
