One youth died after the motorcycle he was riding stuck in a pothole and sustained grave injuries due to felling off the two-wheeler at Vihamandwa (in Pachod) on Friday at 8 pm. The name of the deceased is Mahadev Ashok Hakam (32, Vihamandwa).

The youth, on his motorcycle, was passing through the Shivajinagar area near Vihamandwa, on Friday at 8 pm. While going, his vehicle got stuck in a pothole and he fell on the ground. The villagers rushed him to Pachod rural hospital in serious condition. Later on, he was shifted to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. However, he died while undergoing treatment at 11 pm. Pachod police have registered the accident.
