Aurangabad, Feb 28:

Citizens without masks are still crowding in large numbers in many places in the city. Tea stalls and Chinese food centres are especially crowded with such citizens. Now the municipal corporation has initiated a drive against such places in the city.

Corona infection is increasing rapidly. Despite the administration appealing several times to wear masks, some citizens are still floating norms. The growing number of patients has put the administration on alert. A curfew has been imposed in the city after 11 pm. Even after curfew, the municipal administrator noticed citizens crowding at tea stalls and Chinese centres till late at night. Therefore, now a joint campaign will be implemented by the Nagri Mitra Pathak and the anti-encroachment department of the municipal corporation. Strict action will be taken if there is a crowd at the tea stalls, food vendors and Chinese centres. Materials from the respective centres will also be confiscated. Sources said that the municipal administration will take action against such crowded places from Monday.
