Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A 20-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging himself from a lemon tree in the Isarwadi area of Paithan teshil of the district at 2 AM on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Pranav Pappu Bhole (Kothmire Galli, Nashik).

According to details, Pranav Bhole had been staying with his relatives in Isarwadi for the past few days. He hanged himself from a lemon tree in an open plot in the village around 2 AM.

The incident came to light on Wednesday morning. MIDC Paithan Police Station head constable Rahul Mohtamal rushed to the spot and conducted a panchnama (official inspection).

Pranav was taken to the Government Hospital in Paithan, where medical officers examined him and declared him dead. The exact reason for his suicide remains unclear. An accidental death report was registered at the MIDC Paithan Police Station. Further investigation is underway.
