Motorists spent the night at fuel pumps
Fuel tankers arrived at four petrol pumps in the Beed Bypass area on Thursday night. As soon as the tankers arrived, motorists rushed to queue up at the pumps. While petrol and diesel were being unloaded into underground tanks, fuel distribution also began simultaneously.
With fresh supply arriving, separate queues of two-wheelers, four-wheelers, minibuses, and trucks were seen. Out of the four pumps, two remained open till 3 am and the other two till around 3:30 am. The pumps reopened at 7 am on Friday, but three of them shut down again by afternoon. Hundreds of motorists spent the entire night waiting to refuel.
