Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: “The new 'Gender Neutral' law on sexual harassment to be introduced in Parliament will prove to be revolutionary. This law will provide protection from sexual harassment to all three categories, women, men, and transgender persons,” Dr Aparna Kottapalle, legal expert and Principal of Manikchand Pahade Law College.

She was speaking in a workshop on 'The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013', which was organised at Mahatma Phule Auditorium by the Internal Complaints Committee of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University recently. Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Walmik Sarwade presided over the inaugural function.

Principal Dr Aparna Kottapalle, Management Council Member Dr Yogita Hoke Patil, Presiding Officer Dr Pushpa Gaikwad, Committee Secretary Dr Meera Maske, members Dr Pravina Pawar and Shubhada Dani were present. Archana Watore and Dr Pravina Pawar delivered the vote of thanks.
