The 83rd edition of “Rare Share,” organised by the Aurangabad Management Association (AMA) at Anand Hall, MIT Campus, featured Nidhi Pant, co-founder of S4S Technologies, as the keynote speaker on Friday.

Addressing students, entrepreneurs and industry professionals, Pant shared what she termed a “real startup story,” outlining her journey from a chemical engineering background to building a rural-focused food processing enterprise. She spoke candidly about early struggles, limited resources and market challenges, stating that entrepreneurship goes beyond ideas and requires deep understanding of grassroots problems. “Startup is not merely about an idea, but about consistently solving a real problem,” she said. Pant highlighted that raising Rs 250 crore in funding required demonstrating measurable social and economic impact, strong execution capability and long-term sustainability rather than persuasive presentations alone. She also underlined S4S Technologies’ partnerships with global institutions and its focus on integrating rural women into the value chain to create scalable impact. The session concluded with an interactive discussion on funding, scaling and leadership, followed by her felicitation in the presence of AMA office-bearers and members.
