The Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Chapter of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) recently hosted a programme on Empowering Excellence.

New chairperson Anurag Kalyani thanked the members for their unwavering support and trust in his leadership. The new committee reaffirmed the NIPM’s commitment to elevating the HR profession in the region and fostering a nurturing environment enriched with valuable resources and opportunities for HR professionals.

The annual report for 2022-23 showcased the chapter's accomplishments, initiatives, and impact on the HR landscape. The main segment of the event featured a captivating learning session on ‘HR: The Direct Contributor For Business Results’ conducted by the HR expert and industry thought leader Makarand Deshpande, founder and director at North Star People Solutions. He shared practical strategies, emphasizing the pivotal role of HR professionals in driving business success. Chapter vice-chairman Puneet Dhingra hosted the event.

Hrishikesh Aponarayan proposed a vote of thanks.

New office-bearers for 2023-2025

During the event, the newly-elected office-bearers of the NIPM Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar chapter for the term 2023-2025 were announced. They are as follows:

Chairperson: Anurag Kalyani; vice-chairpersons: Puneet Dhingra, Anjali Bhat; secretary: Hrishikesh Aponarayan; treasurer: Ashish Wagh and additional secretary: Suchitra Mendke.

Executive committee members: Bharati Wanere, Varun Borde, Ravindra Kolharkar, Sandip Pimple and Milind Kulkarni. Co-opted members: Dr Yogesh Jain, Shilpa Gadkar, Vikas Magar and Sanjay Kapate. Special invitees: Pradeep Agrawal, Pramod Takwale, Vijay Salve and Milind Patil.
