Aurangabad, June 10:

There are no customers for stationery and other school-related items in the market of the city.

It may be noted that the market witnesses a huge rush to purchase bags, notebooks, textbooks, water bag, uniform, pair of shoes, a raincoat and an umbrella at the beginning of June.

One of the reasons is that Covid crisis has ended completely.

Some schools, specially English medium, have made available educational items on the premises for students and parents.

Also, notebooks and textbooks are gathering dust in shops because of online education.

The textbooks will be useless for stationery shop owners if the syllabus is revised. The shop owners feel that stationery items should be included in essential commodities goods, as it is related to the education field.
