Aurangabad, Feb 1:

The district collector and chairman of District Task Force Committee, Sunil Chavan, has ordered the smooth implementation of the COVID vaccination drive in the district. Chavan today held a meeting to review the implementation of Covid vaccination drive at the district collectorate.

The collector also claimed that the health administration had given COVID vaccine to 8,144 health care workers from various parts of the district, and none of them complained of serious health inconvenience, till to date.

The Zilla Parishad chief executive officer (CEO) Dr Mangesh Gondavale, additional collector Dr Anant Gavhane, the municipal officer of health (MoH-AMC) Dr Neeta Padalkar, district health officer (DHO) Dr S Shelke, WHO's representative Dr Syed Mujeeb and others were present in the meeting.
