Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

A man was allegedly cheated of Rs 9 lakh in a deal involving the sale of a ten-wheeler Hyva truck worth Rs 19 lakh. The accused paid only Rs 10 lakh and failed to pay the remaining Rs 9 lakh, thereby breaching trust and committing fraud. The incident occurred in the High Court N-3 area. The accused has been identified as Ganesh Marathe (Bhadgaon, Jalgaon). Based on a complaint filed by Deepak Waghmode (Nathnagar, Itkheda), a case has been registered at the Pundliknagar police station.
