Aurangabad, April 3:
One died and another other injured as a car dashed to a motorcycle on Aurangabad – Ahmednagar Highway near Bhendala on Friday at around 9 am.
A car (MH 21 BQ 1817) going from Ahmednagar to Aurangabad dashed to a motorcycle (MH 20 ES 8178) with two riders going to Waluj MIDC for work near D.Ed College at Bhendala. The motorcyclists Sandeep Eknath Katkar and Raju Gulab Gaikwad (both Bhendala) were severely injured in the accident. The police and the nearby residents rushed the injured to the Sub-divisional hospital at Gangapur where Katkar died while undergoing treatment. He is survived by mother, brother, wife, son and a daughter.
