Aurangabad, Jan 14:

The voting for Gram Panchayat elections is being held on January 15 in the district. Thus the department of industries, energy and labour has decided to give workers paid leave or a two-hour concession to enable voters to cast their votes informed the deputy commissioner of labour. These orders will be applicable to workers working in factories, shops, lodges, hotels, canteens, theatres, trade, industrial enterprises or other establishments, as well as information technology (IT) companies, shopping centers, retailers etc. coming under the jurisdiction of the department.
