Comprehensive and visionary budget

“The state budget presented on Friday is comprehensive and forward-looking. It focuses on improving connectivity for Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, including projects like the Shendra–Bidkin link to the Samruddhi Expressway. This will support the overall development of urban and rural areas. Improved connectivity and city growth will boost demand in the construction sector. Additionally, the one per cent stamp duty concession on property registered in women’s names and continuation of the state’s share in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana will benefit the real estate sector.”
