Bajaj Finance Ltd organised a ‘Knockout Digital Fraud’ awareness programme in Gangapur as part of its nationwide drive across 100 cities. Senior police inspector Kumarsing Rathod advised citizens to follow “Think Before You Click” and avoid sharing OTPs, PINs, or banking details with unknown sources. Police highlighted the “golden hour,” stating victims reporting cyber fraud within 60 minutes by calling helpline 1930 have up to a 90 per cent chance of fund recovery. Officials also warned about fake links, apps, and impersonators. Head constable Khade and retired DYSP Bharat Kakde guided attendees on cyber safety and prompt reporting.
