Pre-PhD course work to be held in New Year; 760 candidates registered

Aurangabad, Dec 29:

Vice-chancellor of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Dr Pramod Yeole decided to conduct pre-Ph D courses for the researchers.

Course coordinator Dr Bharati Gawali said that 760 candidates who are pursuing Ph D research in different 45 subjects of four faculties registered for the course work. The course will commence on January 1 and ends on February 15.

VC Dr Pramod Yeole entrusted the responsibility of holding the course to Human Resource Development Centre (HRDC).

HRDC director Dr N N Bandela and co-coordinator of the course Dr Mohammed Raffey are taking efforts for the course.

A meeting led by VC was held. Pro-VC Dr Shyam Shirsath, deans Dr Bhalchandra Waykar, Dr Walmik Sarwade, Dr Chetna Sonkamble and others were present.

There will be 90 sessions in this period. Dr Gawali said that research students should visit the university portal for the details.

VC Dr Yeole said that prominent resource person from the country would be called for the course.
