Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The office of the District collector issued orders to conduct an enquiry against additional tehsildar Nitin Garje in a land case.
It may be noted that former corporator Dr Asha Binwade made a complaint with the District Collector stating that some people prepared fake documents on land which she owns at Garkheda (gut no. 36/2). There is an allegation tehsildar Nitin Garje along with agents is trying to transfer the land (40 R land, gut no 36/2) with fake documents.
After the hearing in this case in September 2023, it did not come up for the next hearing for the past 15 months.
So, she met additional tehsildar Garje to seek justice. But, he used abusive language. Therefore, she lodged a complaint with the District Collector in this matter on January 21, 2025.
In the complaint, she stated that administrative pressure is being put on the mandal officer and the talathi for the land transfer. The office of the district collector issued orders to probe against Garje and take back all the documents and records related to the case from him.
The sub-divisional officer of Kannd was asked to collect the main file of the case from the Establishment Department and submit the probe report by March 7, as per the orders of the district collector.
The complaint also said that the close circuit TV cameras from the office of additional tehsildar Garje should be examined to see the presence of agents in the Government office.

After joining, I can tell
I was on leave in the last week e. So, I can tell by getting information about the exact case in Garkheda. There are no agents in the office. Also, in any case, there are parties from both sides. If one side makes a decision, people from the other side make allegations.
