To celebrate the Marathi New Year, processions will be held across various parts of the city on Thursday. The oldest and main procession, organized by the Hindu New Year Welcome Committee, will start at 3 pm from Rajabazar Sansthan Ganpati Temple Square.

The main procession will conclude at Khadkeshwar Temple Ground. Additionally, a procession organized by the Swami Vivekananda Hindu Sammelan Committee will begin at 5 pm from Mahadev Temple in Bhanudasnagar. Its conclusion and the Hindu Sammelan will be held at Narmadeshwar Mahadev Temple in Mitranagar. The Hindu Janjagruti Committee, on behalf of the entire Hindu community, has organized a Hindu Rashtra Jagruti show to mark Gudi Padwa. The event will begin at 6 pm at the Late Draupadabai Kale Sports Complex on Pisadevi Road. Apart from these, various programs and processions are planned across different parts of the city.
