Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A programme on awareness of cancer screening by Dr Sewanti Limaye and a cancer screening test camp were organised jointly by the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and Datar Cancer Genetics, Nashik recently at ICAI Bhawan. The camp offered an opportunity to get tested for early signs of cancer, said branch chairman CA Mahesh Indani.

Dr Limaye focused on the importance of early detection of cancer, which plays a key role in improving treatment outcomes. She also addressed the members about healthy food habits, and good exercise habits.

WIRC vice-chairman CA Piyush Chandak and CA Indani addressed the gathering. Around 150 members and students were present. Branch vice-chairman CA Amol Godha, secretary CA Anand Totla, treasurer CA Rafeeque Pathan, WICASA chairman CA Sameer Shinde and his team and committee member CA Aishwarya Bramhecha worked for the success.
