Registration for entrance test of CIPET starts

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The online registration for the entrance test for the various courses to be offered at the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET) for the academic year 2026-27 has begun.

CIPET offers AICTE-approved and MSBTE equivalent courses.

Registration for the CIPET Admission Test (CAT) is an all-India-level test held every year for admission. Students are admitted based on the merit of this examination.

Aspirants can apply for the test online on the website (https://clpet26.onlineregistrationform./CIPET/).

The last date for submission of applications is 28 May 2026 and the entrance exam is likely to be conducted in June 2026 (probable).

Students appearing for 10th, 12th, Diploma and B. Sc (Final year) are eligible to apply for admission without waiting for the results. Head of the training, CIPET- R Jeevan Ram, has appealed to eligible students to register for the examination for admission.

--Two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Plastic Processing and Testing (PGD-PPT) after B. Sc

--Post Diploma in Plastic Mould Design (PD-PMD) after Diploma in Engineering (18 months)
