Relco Energy India Pvt. Ltd. in Chikalthana MIDC has signed a new wage agreement with the Relco Workers’ union (CITU), approving a total salary hike of Rs 20,958.

The previous agreement ended on July 1, 2025. The revised settlement will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. The hike will be implemented in three phases Rs 14,051 in the first year and Rs 1,757 each in the second and third years. Half of the increase will be merged with the basic pay. Workers will also receive DA as per norms, a 20% Diwali bonus on basic DA, Rs 11,500 annual OPD reimbursement, Rs 2 lakh health insurance, group insurance, and Rs 5 lakh personal accident cover. The company will clear nine months’ arrears as part of the agreement.
