Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Republic Day of India was celebrated with pomp at Winchester International English school. Guests of honour Hina Nadeem Ansari and Zohra Tilat along with school director Dr Afsar Khan hoisted the Indian tricolour. The juniors of the school presented the formation of national tricolour. Speeches in English, Hindi, Marathi and Urdu on importance of the Republic Day were delivered by Zuneera Iqbal, Anas Deshmukh, Inayat Inamdar, and Mirza Yusuf Baig. Students of different grades presented patriotic songs, a group dance and pyramid formation. Dr Khan appreciated the efforts of staff and students. Supervisor Shaikh Laique Ahmed proposed a vote of thanks.
