Aurangabad, Dec 22:

Sahyadri Sahitya, Kala and Sanskritik Prathisthan will organise a two-day online ‘All India Poetry Festival 2020’ from December 25.

There will be four sessions. Convener Dr Kailas Ambhure and Dr Ramesh Ravalkar said that prominent Marathi poet and painter Ganesh Vispute would preside the inaugural ceremony and veteran poet of Hindi Vijay Kumar will inaugurate the festival at 5 pm.

Deputy collector Bharat Kadam, Dr Dada Gore (both from the city), poet and critic Dr P Vithal (Nanded) will also grace the event.

In the second session, a live interview of the veteran poet from Kerala Dr Rati Saxena will be conducted. There will be a symposium in the third session on ‘Contemporary Indian Poetry.’

A ‘Kavi Sammelan’ will be hosted in the fourth session. Poets from India and abroad will participate in the literary meet.

Dr Lalit Adhane, Dr Shashikant Patil, Dr Aniruddha More and others appealed to literature lovers and scholars to participate in it.
