Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Since its inclusion in municipal limits, the Satara–Deolai–Beed Bypass belt has witnessed rapid growth in event venues, with over 35 lawns and banquet halls now operational, including 25 added in the last decade.

Driven by rising demand and space constraints within the city, citizens from middle-class to affluent groups are increasingly opting for these venues to avoid congestion, traffic, and parking issues. Spacious layouts, ample parking, and strong connectivity via the Beed Bypass and Dhule–Solapur highway have made the area a preferred choice. Of the total venues, around 10 existed prior to municipal inclusion, with numbers now more than doubling. The region hosts a mix of small, medium, and premium facilities, with pricing ranging from a few thousand to several lakh rupees. With dual highway connectivity and a mix of municipal and gram panchayat jurisdictions, Satara–Deolai is steadily emerging as a major events hub, with further expansion expected in the coming years.
