Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A group of students from a city school met Mayor Sameer Rajurkar on Tuesday. During this meeting, the students gifted him 375 postcards.
On each postcard, the students had raised issues. Various problems, including smooth roads, daily water, street lights, garbage, gardens and drainage lines were mentioned in the cards.
The mayor assured them of solving the problems. He appealed to the students to start from their homes for a garbage-free city.
Students of a school on Beed Bypass Road reached the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (CSMC) along with their teachers on Tuesday morning. They welcomed the mayor first. The students gifted a box containing 375 postcards written in their handwriting.
