Aurangabad, Dec 31:

The second mop-up round for MBBS and BDS courses will commence from January 1.

It may be noted that the National Medical Commission and Dental Council of Indian extended the cut-off date for the admissions to both courses for the academic year 2020-21 up to January 15.

Therefore, the State Common Entrance Test Cell (SCETC) decided to hold the second Mop Up round for vacant seats in Government, Municipal Corporation, Government, private, minority medical and dental colleges.

The list of vacant seats will be released at 12 noon on January 1 while the selection list will be declared at 8 pm on the same day.

Selected candidates can join the college between January 2 and 7. The last date of filling status retention form or cancelling admissions is January 7.

The State Cell will publish a separate notice for the institution level round in due course after the cut-off date''s extension.
