Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: On behalf of Waluj Mahanagar Doctors Association, a seminar and awareness conference about cancer was organized in the industrial area on Tuesday. In this seminar, oncologist doctors gave guidance about breast and mouth cancer.

Due to changing lifestyle and addiction, many people are suffering from cancer. Doctor's association president Dr Amar Kodgire presided over the programme organized in Massia hall. Experts Dr Ashutosh Tondare and Dr Ruchita Baheti delivered the seminar. Dr Tondare said that the incidence of breast cancer in women is increasing day by day. Women should not panic and seek treatment early. Dr Ruchita Baheti said that oral cancer is caused due to consumption of gutkha and tobacco products. Cancer can be overcome with modern technology. Dr Sahebrao Vakle, vice president of the association, secretary Dr Sandeep Rathod, Dr Vishal Lahne, Dr Sandeep Shelke and other office bearers were present.
