Seminar on 'Rural Development' in Bamu
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The Department of Political Science of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Sant Gadge Baba Rural Problems Research Centre, and the Indian Institute of Public Administration Local Branch will jointly organise a seminar on 'Rural Development: Initiatives and their Limitations' on March 4.
Head of the Department, Registrar Dr Prashant Amrutkar, said that administrative officers, NGO representatives, and dignitaries from the academic and research fields will participate in it.
Dr M M Semwal (Uttarakhand) will inaugurate it. Former gazetted officer Dr Krishna Bhoge will deliver the keynote address.
Tehsildar Shivanand Bidve, Bloc Development Officer Ratnakar Pagar, Gramsevak Vivekanand Giri and Talathi Ravi Lokhande will attend the first seminar on 'Rural Development Policies and Administrative Challenges.
