Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The senior Congress leaders have organised a special inspection tour to review crop damage and meet affected farmers and citizens on Thursday (September 25).

Those participating include Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) president Harshvardhan Sapkal, MP (Jalna) Dr Kalyan Kale, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District Congress Committee president Kiran Patil Dongaonkar and Jalna District Congress Committee president Rajabhau Deshmukh.

Tour schedule:

8.00 am — Koli & Bodkha (Tehsil Paithan, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar): Visit farmlands to assess extensive crop damage and interact directly with farmers.

10.00 am — Masai (Tehsil Ambad, District Jalna): Hear grievances of local villagers.

12.00 noon — Flood-affected areas of Jalna city: Offer support to citizens and review losses suffered by traders.

2.30 pm — Kadwanchi: Conclude the inspection tour.

3.30 pm — Depart for Buldhana.
