Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

After the arrest of absconding accused Nida Khan from Kaiser Colony, Naregaon, in the alleged sexual exploitation and forced religious conversion case linked to TCS Nashik, Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat accused former AIMIM MP Imtiaz Jaleel of backing and sheltering her.

Shirsat alleged AIMIM support to Khan, describing her as a “pawn” in a wider network spread across Maharashtra. He claimed religious conversions and trapping of girls were being carried out under AIMIM’s leadership and questioned why Khan hid only in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, alleging masterminds were based here. He also cited her stay in the sensitive Naregaon area. Shirsat further alleged that Jaleel had publicly supported Khan earlier and sought a probe into the source of funds behind unemployed youths owning expensive bikes and iPhones. Calling it a case of “corporate jihad,” he demanded an investigation against Jaleel and said he would meet Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to seek an SIT inquiry.

Five Questions Raised:

1. Why did Khan hide in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar for nearly two months?

2. How are unemployed youths affording costly bikes and iPhones?

3. Why did AIMIM openly support her?

4. Who are the masterminds behind the alleged “corporate jihad”?

5. Why did she allegedly claim pregnancy in her anticipatory bail plea?
