Aurangabad, Nov 1:

A car driver in an attempt to save a motorcycle lost control and the car ran on the divider on Delhi Gate Road on Sunday afternoon.

The witnesses said, a swift car (MH 20 EF 6289) was going in speed on the Delhi Gate Road. The driver in an attempt to save a motorcycle came in front of the car lost control and ran on the divider at around 4.30 pm near Salim Ali Lake. The front side of the car was crushed. The nearby residents took out the injured driver Syed Rehmat Ali (42, Rozabaug) and took him to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Traffic was jammed on the Delhi Gate Road for some time due to the accident. Meanwhile, the incident was not registered at the City Chowk police station till late night.
