Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

The municipal corporation administration has been instructed to make various certificates available online under the Service Rights Act. The details of how to pay the required fees should also be provided on the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation’s website, directed the Commissioner of the Service Rights Commission (SRC), Kiran Jadhav, to civic administration, on Tuesday.

A meeting, held at the municipal corporation under the presidentship of Kiran Jadhav, was attended by Administrator G Sreekanth, Additional Commissioner Ranjit Patil, Deputy Director (Town Planning) Manoj Garje, Chief Auditor Shivaji Naikwade, Medical Officer of Health (MoH) Dr Paras Mandlecha, Deputy Commissioners Aparna Thete, Rahul Suryavanshi, Ankush Pandhare, and Vijay Patil.

Online application facility for Birth Certificates

An online application facility for Birth Certificates should be provided. E-office is a part of the Service Rights Act, and from April 14 onwards, handwritten files will not be accepted; only online files will be accepted. Preparations are underway to launch the E-office, and training is being provided to officers and staff. Commissioner Kiran Jadhav also mentioned that the Service Rights Act will bring transparency to the functioning of the administration.
