Four-year-old Ayesha Syed, who was seriously injured in a stray dog attack in Naregaon, is showing steady improvement and has begun eating. She is currently undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). Her wounds are healing well. However, no decision has yet been taken regarding her discharge, said head of the paediatrics department, Prabha Khaire.
