Aurangabad, Dec 21:

In the wake of the Corona crisis, the government guidelines will be followed scrupulously. Although, there will not be lockdown in the district, but the rules will be implemented thoroughly, informed district collector Sunil Chavan. He further stated that the government has taken the decision about the night curfew and it will be implemented as soon as the directives are received, he said.

The administration will have strict vigil on the district borders while the passengers coming from Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Goa will have to undergo Corona test at Airport, Railway Station and Road travel. The guidelines about these were received earlier on November 28, and according the tests are conducted, Chavan mentioned.

Health teams are deployed at Chikalthana Airport and Railway Station while tests are also conducted at various check posts. All the vehicles coming in the district will be checked, he said.

Night curfew has been imposed in the municipal corporation jurisdiction from Tuesday. The revised order in this regard will be received by the district administration till Tuesday evening. It is likely that the new year parties would be hampered due to night curfew.
