Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Members of Swabhimani MUPTA Association along with other teachers, students and Ambedkarite party organisations will stage agitation at the main entrance of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) on April 7 to press for the demand of reinstating Dr Shankar Ambhore as principal of the Kohinoor College.

It may be noted that the administration of Bamu withdrew the approval to the appointment of Dr Ambhore as principal of Kohinoor College in a case.

Swabhimani MUPTA termed this decision intentional and against the law and warned that various types of protests will continue until the demand is accepted.

Swabhimani MUPTA Working president Dr Kishore Salve, secretary Vilas Pandey, District president Dr Vijay Baisane, Anil Pandey, Dr Balasaheb Lihinar, Devanand Wankhade Vilas Jagtap have warned that various types of protests will continue until the demand is accepted.

Raju Sable, Sanjay Jagtap, Shyambhau Bharasakhale, Sunil Wakekar, Kunal Raut, Sachin Nikam and Atul Kamble, Deepak Nikalje, Gunaratna Sonawane and Rahul Makasare will also participate in the agitation.
