The city and surrounding areas have witnessed a drop in maximum temperatures over the past three days. On Tuesday, May 5, the maximum temperature was recorded at 39.4°C. Although there has been a slight decline, the heat was still intense. The minimum temperature stood at 25°C.

In the last week of April, temperatures had peaked, while May had seen fluctuations. On May 1, the maximum temperature was 40°C, rising to 41.5°C on May 2. On Sunday, May 3, it was recorded at 40.4°C, followed by 39.3°C on May 4.
