The sun, which usually intensifies by the end of April, has begun heating up in the first week of March itself. After Sunday turned into a Hot Sunday’ due to high temperatures, Monday saw a slight dip, though the scorching heat continued. The maximum temperature was recorded at 37.6°C, while the minimum was 20°C.

On March 1, the maximum temperature stood at 34°C, which gradually rose to 38°C by March 8. The highest temperature of this summer season so far was recorded on March 7.
