Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Tension has erupted in Waluj's Gurudatt Colony over suspected immoral activities, with troubled residents filing a complaint at the Waluj police station recently.

The colony, home to 100-150 residents from various communities, has been disturbed by suspicious movements, increasing outsider footfall, drunken ruckus, and death threats allegedly originating from two women in Room No. 3, Lane No. 3, who are rumoured to be running an immoral business by bringing in outside women. Residents allege the accused women repeatedly create disturbances, hurl abuses and death threats when confronted, while outsider men loiter, park vehicles in front of homes, and knock on doors creating fear, especially among women, who report being looked at with ill intent causing them mental distress. The accused women, however, claim the visitors are their relatives. Residents have demanded a thorough investigation and permanent closure of the alleged illegal activity.
