And the moon slowly appears,
You can hear every sound that is near.
The bats flying to and fro,
Mothers singing lullabies,
sound of the wind touching the leaves,
and the sigh of the peasant man.
The night has many stories,
But some never see the crack of dawn.
They quietly disappear and come back,
With new ones for us to hear.
The birds so quiet you can hardly even see,
Waiting for the day of light for they can chirp us out of sleep.
The night has wonders in them,
You can hear them too.
Just be wondrous,
Every sound has a clue.
