Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: District Collector Deelip Swami inaugurated the 'Mega Job Fair' organised jointly by Central Training and Placement Cell of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, District Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Centre, CII and ManUnited at Bamu auditorium on Wednesday.

A large number of diploma, graduate, and postgraduate degree holders attended the fair. Vice Chancellor Dr Vijay Fulari presided over the function.

Pro-VC Dr Walmik Sarwade, District Skill Development Employment Deputy Commissioner Vidya Shitole, Assistant Commissioner Raju Wakude, Employment and Entrepreneurship Officer Sureksha Bahure, Man United Corporate's Ravindra Kangralkar, and Placement Officer Dr Girish Kale were present on the stage.

A total of 45 reputed companies, including Toyota Kirloskar Motor, Athar Energy, Richa Engineers, Kalyan Jewellers, Bagla Group of Industries, Metalman Auto, Dnyandeep Foundation Centre, Endurance Technology Pvt Ltd, participated in the fair.

District Collector Deelip Swami said that ‘skill-based’ diploma and graduate, and postgraduate students should make full use of their abilities and get employment. VC Dr Vijay Fulari said, “Dream of one day establishing your own company with the same system as the company in which you are seeking a job.”
