Three separate incidents of violence have come to light in the area, all stemming from minor disagreements or old disputes. In these cases, the accused attacked five to six people using stones and wooden sticks. The police have registered cases in all three incidents.

First Incident: Occurred in MHADA Colony, Teesgaon. On Saturday night, due to an old dispute, Rahul Gaikwad (47) was verbally abused and assaulted by Sonwane (full name unknown), Ajit Patil, and Krishna Kawde. During the attack, Sonwane struck Gaikwad on the head, shoulders, and legs with a stone, causing injuries. The case was registered on Sunday, and Police Constable Gadge is investigating. Second Incident: Took place in Bhavishyadeep Nagar, Wadgaon Kolhati. A dispute over lifting construction materials in a parking area led to an assault on Pandurang Bash (55) and his family by Kondayba Pasode, Babasaheb (full name unknown), and others. Women who tried to intervene were also assaulted. Sunil Pudange allegedly struck Bash on the head, back, and limbs with a wooden stick and threatened to file an atrocity case. Assistant Sub-Inspector Tatyarav Shinde is investigating this case. Third Incident: Stemmed from an old dispute, where the accused verbally abused and physically attacked the complainant. These three incidents highlight the serious consequences of minor disputes escalating into violence. The police have appealed to citizens to exercise restraint and avoid conflicts.
