Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

With temperatures rising early this summer, most major traffic junctions in the city were found without traffic police personnel on duty, raising concerns over road safety and congestion.

Key spots including Mahanubhav Ashram Chowk, Champa Chowk and Darga Chowk witnessed little to no police presence during peak hours, leaving commuters to navigate traffic on their own. However, on Jalna Road, traffic police personnel were seen managing vehicular movement despite the scorching heat. Citizens have expressed concern over the absence of traffic regulation at busy junctions and urged authorities to ensure adequate deployment to avoid mishaps and maintain smooth traffic flow.
