Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: PSBA English School organised a two-day Capacity Building Programme dedicated to the theme of Experiential Learning, recently.

CBSE resource persons advisor, Narayana Group of Schools, Dr Sharda Gupta and principal, The Jain International School Shikha Srivastava guided the participating teachers.

Through thoughtfully designed hands-on activities, collaborative group tasks, and real-life application exercises, teachers were empowered to move beyond conventional teaching methods and embrace meaningful, activity-based learning.

A strong emphasis was laid on developing critical 21st-century skills among students, including analytical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. The resource persons advocated a shift from rote memorisation to reflective and experiential practices that truly engage learners and deepen understanding.
