Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

A truck driver’s mobile phone, worth Rs 20,000, was stolen while he was asleep in his truck cabin near Endurance K-226 Company on Wednesday. A case has been registered against three unidentified suspects.

Sagar Hawale (30) was asleep inside his truck (MH-20-GC-2171) around 3 pm when three unknown individuals sneaked into the cabin from the back. When one of them reached into his pocket, he woke up and questioned them. The thieves forcibly snatched his Vivo mobile phone, pushed him, and fled towards Jogeshwari on a motorcycle (MH-20-DZ-5747). A case has been filed against the three unidentified suspects at the MIDC Waluj Police Station.
