The three-day ‘Lokmat Property Show’ saw a surge in bookings as buyers rushed to secure homes before the ready reckoner rates rise on April 1. Enthusiastic buyers said they would complete the registration process soon and move into their new homes by Gudi Padwa.

The ‘Lokmat Property Show,’ presented by Ciel Casa, ended on Sunday with grand success. Visitors dedicated their Sunday to property shopping, arriving in the morning with families and friends to explore builders’ stalls and gather information. They felt delighted to find multiple projects under one roof, while those who booked homes beamed with joy. The overwhelming response to bookings left developers highly satisfied.
