Alleging that domestic and commercial LPG cylinders are being sold at inflated prices, Uddhav Sena has announced a protest. The decision was taken at a party meeting held on March 26 under the leadership of Legislative Council former opposition leader Ambadas Danve at Matrubhumi Pratishthan.
Danve said serious complaints have been received against certain gas agencies for overcharging customers amid the ongoing shortage. The party will submit memorandums to gas agencies on March 27, demanding immediate corrective action.
Uddhav Sena warned that if the administration fails to act, the agitation will be intensified. Several party office-bearers and workers were present at the meeting.
