Aurangabad, April 28:
The District Health Officer (DHO), Dr Sudhakar Shelke, has suffered Covid. Hence, the Zilla Parishad, CEO, Dr Mangesh Gondawale has given the charge of DHO to Dr Ulhas Gandal, informed the additional CEO Santosh Kawade.
On Wesnesday, the inspector general of police, district collector, CEO visited to Gangapur, Vaijapur in Aurangabad tehsil to inspect the Covid situation. Dr Gondawale, district vaccination officer Dr Vijaykumar Wagh, Dr Shelke and other other officers made preparations and planning for this visit on Tuesday till late night. Today, Dr Shelke was reported Covid positive in the morning and hence the charge of DHO was given to Dr Gandal.
