Aurangabad, Dec 2:

After prolonged rains, citizens were waiting for the cold. However, the city is experiencing mixed weather from the past few days. Due to constant changing weather, the viral diseases are on a rise. However, doctors say that the use of face masks has reduced the intensity of viral infection.

The city temperature dipped significantly during the first week of November. But the cold disappeared after the second week due to south west winds and cyclone activity. This also resulted in cloudy weather and increased temperatures. This led to an increase in viral illness. There has been an atmosphere of fear among citizens due to the Covid-19. A simple cold, a cough, or a slight fever can cause a lot of doubt. It is exacerbated by the fact that the symptoms of corona infection and viral diseases are similar. According to health experts, the spread of infectious viral diseases has not been as high as it should be, as people are wearing masks and using sanitizers. In fact, experts say that the current symptoms are not related to a viral illness but are related to allergy. However, to avoid viral disease, it is definitely beneficial to follow the rules for Covid-19.

Allergy related disease

The use of masks has greatly prevented the spread of other diseases, not just corona infection. The use of masks has also helped in controlling respiratory diseases. Now, allergy-related illnesses are currently on the rise. Citizens must take care due to frequently changing weather, said Dr Anand Deshmukh, general physician.
