Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Severe waterlogging has once again surfaced in the Vijaynagar Chowk area of Garkheda even before the official onset of the monsoon. The entire stretch from Wadkar Corner to Vijaynagar Chowk, particularly near the bridge at the junction, is submerged.

Residents are being forced to travel through knee-deep water, risking their safety. Daily commuters and motorists are facing significant inconvenience as vehicles struggle to pass through the flooded road. Despite annual pre-monsoon assurances of road repairs and improved drainage by the administration, no concrete action is visible, leaving citizens to confront the same recurring problem yet again.
