The admission process for the Right To Education (RTE) for the candidates in the waiting list started from Friday. The process of 2,000 entries in the waiting list will continue till October 8.

The education department informed that after the confirmation of 3,000 admissions in the RTE draw rounds, the parents are being informed of the admission dates through SMS as per the vacancies left in the schools. However, parents should not rely solely on the message. Parents should check the date of admission on the RTE portal by entering the application number at that place. The department has also instructed the parents not to take their children with them for admission and also take the original documents and their photocopies along with the required documents for admission.
